I like to make pumpkin hummus during fall. It is a savory hummus with cumin and cilantro. I also like to make a pumpkin and black bean soup. So I love pumpkin put on my plate or in my cupcake every fall. Jack-o’-lanterns are also always fun. We have a great white pumpkin by our fireplace right now, and there will be more.
